The Sell2Cash service is limited to accepting and displaying advertisements (listings) of businesses For Sale in India. Any fees received are solely for the rental of advertising space/ information we provide. We do not verify any of the information submitted nor validate the authority of the lister to transact the sale of the listed business.
Sell2Cashis not involved in any way as a broker or agent for any buyer or seller, nor are we involved in any way in negotiations or mediations between the parties, either before, during or after the sale. Any correspondence concerning listings which may be received by us; is passed on, in it's entirety, without comment to the appropriate party - to the best of our ability and subject to practical and technical limitations. |

Advertising Policy |

By Placing An Advertising With Sell2Cash.com you Agree . . .

Advertising can only be placed/inserted by the account holder, 3rd party ad entry must be approved by Sell2Cash.com |

No duplicating any ads/listings in our system, once you enter an ad/listing into our system you can not enter it again as a New Ad in the future. You can however change the ad/listing to "Inactive" or "Delete" it. |

| 3. |
We Inactivate any ads/listings that have not been edited/updated/touched within six months. Even after editing an ad we will not forward the "Inactive Date" on that particular ad/listing, this keeps our data accurate for viewers and prevents ads/listings from becoming stale or inaccurate. |

| 4. |
We only accept ongoing businesses for sale (with or without real estate). We do not allow new businesses (start-ups), new franchises/opportunities, or commercial real estate only ads/listings etc. |

| 5. |
From business brokers & agents, we only accept ads/listings that you have a listing agreement on. This eliminates any duplicate ads/listings in our system by multiple brokers or agents. |

| 6. |
Complete each ad entered into our site with as much descriptive text as you can, you will experience a greater degree of response from better qualified buyers. |

All businesses for sale placed on Sell2Cash.com must be located in the India. |

All emails/ personal messages sent to advertisers in will be recorded in their user cps for any period limit, that solely depend Sell2Cash in |

There are NO MONETARY REFUNDS or CREDITS for getting contact details of Advertiser, once we delivered the information. Also, it is not applicable of 1% commission we owe from Business Sold/ Purchased through Sell2Cash.com . We will reserve the rights to offer any remedies in case of any fraud. However, no user can claim any fund because of false information provided by any Advertiser. |

No website addresses or the mentioning of "pictures available" may be placed in any Sell2Cash.com advertising |

We reserve the right to edit or delete any ad/listing in our Ad Review Process that does not conform to our advertising policy or general standards of company policy. Any advertiser not complying with this policy may be removed from the Sell2Cash.com system. |
